Welcome to the associated landlords of kansas website
The Associated Landlords of Kansas (TALK) is an association
of Landlord groups from across the state of Kansas. We were
organized in 1981 by a group of residential property owners and
managers who wanted to make sure that Landlords and Tenants had
fair and equal state laws that would stand the test of time.
Some of our founders played an active part in helping to create
The Kansas Residential Landlord – Tenant Act of 1975, a model of
fairness for all.
TALK continues to “Promote a strong voice in the Legislature, a
high standard of ethics, and provide educational opportunities
for Landlords” as our founders so desired.
